Description: Provides an R interface to 'OpenFHE', the open-source C++
        library for fully homomorphic encryption (Al Badawi and others,

        computation directly on encrypted data without access to the
        secret key. Supports the Brakerski-Fan-Vercauteren (BFV, 2012)
